The hospital is clean and the doctor is nice. I really liked that he said he could do a nostril tip surgery without implants, using only ear cartilage, with a closed approach. However, I excluded it from my list because CCTV viewing isn't allowed, the guardian can only look into the operating room briefly, if the ear cartilage is used to raise the nose there won't be much change from my current nose, and nostril improvement would be difficult.
