The manager was a bit lacking in expertise. The director consulted in detail and very well. There was plenty of consultation time and the explanation was good. They resolved my questions. They were kind and nice. It's non-incisional, which is even better. The atmosphere wasn't too chaotic either, which was good. The discount rate is low compared to the effort of writing a review
