I came to a one-doctor clinic to avoid factory-style clinics, but it felt similar to the consultation at a clinic famous for being factory-style… I was expecting them to be really kind because they looked so kind on social media, and they were kind, but they talked to me for about 3 minutes and left. It felt like they would spend more time making short-form videos to post on social media than consulting with patients. They also didn’t properly explain the parking, so in the end I couldn’t park. After a consultation like that, it really makes me wonder if it’s right to charge a consultation fee.
