You should expect to wait 2 hours. Even though I had a reservation and came, I got so exhausted from waiting so long that I ended up getting the procedure when I was really worn out It doesn't feel like a factory-style place, but the schedule is also all over the place and there are so many people that there isn't even a place to sit. It seems like they do a lot of promotion on Babitalk and Gangnam Unni.
