Only the waiting time is long, and you can only consult with the head manager. It wears people out a bit. The appointment time is meaningless; you just have to go and wait forever. It doesn't seem like they're being sincere about the consultation itself.. They did InBody and gave me the InBody result sheet to take with me...(?)
