The front desk staff explained things kindly and well, and they didn't put any pressure on me, which I liked. The director doesn't act pretentious at all, and there are many dermatology clinics that just look at your condition casually, but here they treated me gently and calmly with a smile, so I could get the procedure without feeling any discomfort. I would like to come back.
