I have a breast complex, but implants seemed like they would take a while to recover from, and I wanted my breasts to get at least a little bigger, so I chose fat grafting. From January, I had the first and second breast fat grafting procedures at two-month intervals. 1. First session The fat was extracted from the back of my thighs, and 200 cc was injected into each side. Because of the swelling, I was satisfied at first ^^ but since it was fat grafting, most of the fat disappeared after a month. (I had already taken the fat loss into account when I had the surgery.) So after the minimum 2 months for fat engraftment had passed, I had the second surgery almost right away. There were huge bruises in the areas where the fat was taken out. I recommend getting the surgery in winter.. 2. Second session The fat was extracted from the front of my thighs, and 250 cc was injected into each side. Just like the first time, there were a lot of bruises on the front thighs, and the breast swelling went down after about a month. 3. Scars and results When fat was taken from the back thighs, the cannula was inserted under the buttocks, and the scars have now faded a lot. However, the scar left from taking fat from the front thighs in the second session (near the groin area?) is still there, though it is small. The breasts have small scars left below each side too, but I think they will fade more over time. After the second surgery, the upper breast that had been completely sunken in was naturally filled out, and overall I think I went up about half a cup size. I’d like to have bigger breasts too, but for now I’m satisfied that they got a little bigger! 4. Clinic atmosphere, etc. The staff and the manager were very kind, and the doctor, although not very talkative(?), was kind too. I heard he doesn’t like leaving scars on the body, so I think the surgery marks were all kept small. The consultation was with both the manager and the doctor, and the atmosphere was fairly calm without any strong pressure. During the surgery, they played music in the operating room, and the technicians helped ease my nerves, which was nice. The recovery room was also private, so it was comfortable. The clinic atmosphere is clean too. I did this somewhat impulsively after seeing it on an app, but I’m satisfied. I recommend it for people who want to get even a little bigger.
