I had nose surgery. They used silicone, the septum, and ear cartilage. I don't really have any side effects, but as the swelling went down, the tip of my nose sagged. The manager and the director were kind, but I wasn't satisfied with the tip of my nose. I got swelling-laser treatment, and the swelling lasted about a month.
