I had fat grafting to my forehead and nose bridge once 5 years ago, and once again about 3 years ago. For the nose bridge, it was just to fill in a slightly bumpy area, and while the effect was good, almost like getting filler, now it has almost all gone away. (They didn’t really recommend it because the nose bridge is narrow and fat doesn’t take well there.) As for the forehead, I still think about 30-40% remains, so I’m satisfied~!
