About 4 to 5 years ago, when I consulted at several places about double chin liposuction, I only had consultations and left. I never saw the director once. I consulted only with the consultation manager, and they didn’t seem to want to spend much time on the consultation, so it ended quickly. The hospital interior seems to be the biggest and flashiest of the places I’ve seen. I think the estimated cost back then was a little lower than that, but I don’t remember exactly
