It was a place I visited after getting a lot of recommendations from the community, so there were quite a few people waiting, and the waiting time was also on the long side. The consultation manager who took care of me was kind, and I liked how calmly and thoroughly they explained and organized everything. But the consultation with the director was shorter than I expected, which was a bit disappointing, though maybe because the director had a lot of experience, the explanations were detailed.
