They were highly responsive on Kakao Chat and even arranged a video call consultation before my flight. When I arrived in Korea for the in-person consultation, my consultant, Hana, was incredibly patient with all my questions and spoke excellent English. Having a translator available as well was a huge plus, especially since I don’t speak any Korean.
