I had functional nose surgery, hump reduction, and tip surgery, and the overall shape is fine, but the center of the bridge has sunken in. There's a shadow exactly where the bridge was shaved, and the bone shape shows through a little. I'm not satisfied with the functional nose surgery. This is just my personal opinion.
