I was going to get Rejuran and skin botox under sleep sedation. I said I'd get skin botox near the eye area because of wrinkles around my eyes, and then went under sedation, but it wasn't done at all. I talked to the consultation manager again, and she admitted it hadn't been done and said she'd see the doctor and have it redone. Up to that point I was like, okay, that can happen. I had clearly mentioned it in advance too. But then the doctor said, why didn't you tell us in advance? The clinic is paying the anesthesia and material costs to do this for you, and it could be risky, but we'll do it for you. He said it like that. If they had said from the start that it couldn't be done, I wouldn't have done it, but they said of course it could be done, and then after proceeding they said that. I got annoyed and just said I didn't want to do it anymore. I don't know why the consultation manager was apologizing, but she was so kind. They connected me with another doctor and had it done again.
