The consultation manager was very thorough and kind, which I liked. The director didn’t make any special recommendations and seemed like they just listened well to what I was saying? The consultation wasn’t super long. I got the feeling they would make the line I wanted really well. The clinic was conveniently close to the station, and the facilities were clean.

Even if you make a reservation before the consultation, it seems like a 30 to 50 minute wait is standard. The consultation coordinator does explain things kindly, but you really need to keep your head straight and carefully check the prices
