Even if you make a reservation before the consultation, it seems like a 30 to 50 minute wait is standard. The consultation coordinator does explain things kindly, but you really need to keep your head straight and carefully check the prices you write down. When they add costs, there is a very strong tendency to include prices for things that don’t need to be added, raising the total.. The prices are completely different from Gangnam Unni and Babitalk, so I recommend calling to confirm before visiting!
