First of all, even when I made a reservation by phone and asked all sorts of questions, the reception staff never showed even a hint of irritation, seriously so kind ㅠㅠ ㅋ And the manager was also really kind on the phone. There weren't many reviews to begin with, and there was still not much information, but even though it was a phone consultation, they explained everything I didn't know in detail. Thank you.

Even if you make a reservation before the consultation, it seems like a 30 to 50 minute wait is standard. The consultation coordinator does explain things kindly, but you really need to keep your head straight and carefully check the prices
