The doctor was busy so I couldn't see them and only had a consultation. On top of the surgery fee, there was also an iron infusion or something like that to prevent anemia and other things, so there were a lot of extra costs. I don't have much fat, but there was also some extra charge for 166 cm, 52 kg, BMI or something like that. It was a long time ago so I don't remember well. I visited many hospitals for consultations, but this one had the most extra charges...... so I just left.

Even if you make a reservation before the consultation, it seems like a 30 to 50 minute wait is standard. The consultation coordinator does explain things kindly, but you really need to keep your head straight and carefully check the prices
