I recently made a consultation appointment and saw some bad posts, so I was thinking of canceling, but I went ahead with the consultation. I only consulted with the manager, but they brought up the part I was worried about first and explained it well in detail. There was no pushiness about other areas, and the thing I cared about most was how they would handle complications if they happened, and their system was much more organized than I expected. Anyway, I ended up putting down a deposit and scheduling the surgery!

Even if you make a reservation before the consultation, it seems like a 30 to 50 minute wait is standard. The consultation coordinator does explain things kindly, but you really need to keep your head straight and carefully check the prices
