라인앤뷰의원 — Review

The surgeon consultation costs an extra 30,000 won and has to be booked separately... The doctor is the one operating on my body, so why?ㅠㅠ I asked if I could just consult with the surgeon, but they said he was in surgery right now... But while I was changing clothes in the dressing room, I heard a man talking to a female patient. They clearly said there was only one doctor, so what is this?ㅎ If the doctor doesn’t do the consultation, of course there’s no ultrasound, and they only check InBody. The manager was kind, but they pushed the deposit / same-day reservation extremely hard... I’ve visited about 10 plastic surgery clinics in the past 6 months, and this is the first place I’ve seen push it this hard... They were overwhelmingly pushy. For extremely introverted / timid people, it would be hard to get out. When I said I would visit other hospitals and decide, most hospitals these days would end it with something like, “Okay, the manager knows too, please contact us later,” but wow... they said it about five timesㅋㅋㅋ It was really uncomfortable, but I held out. They said the price was fixed, but while asking how much I was thinking, the price kept going down... Then it’s not fixed pricing, is it?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They said if I add this, it would normally be 00 won, but they’d give it to me for ** won, and then asked, “How does this amount sound?” and kept lowering it from 1000 → 950 → 900 if I reserved that day... They said the deposit has to be 1 million won. The hospital facility also felt way too cramped and oldㅠ I said I would go to another hospital today for more consultations and decide, and asked them to refund the 10,000-won consultation booking fee. Yesterday, when I booked, they clearly said they would refund it right away, but then they changed their story and said they would give it back later when I called after finishing all my consultations and deciding. They were basically holding my 10,000 won hostageㅋㅋ My guess is they were worried I wouldn’t call backㅠㅠㅋㅋ I decided right after the next consultation at another hospital that I wouldn’t have surgery and asked them to send the money back, and they said it would take 1 to 2 days. Why???ㅋㅋㅋ It’s only 10,000 won, and transferring that shouldn’t take even a minuteㅎㅎ Since it wasn’t much money, I didn’t want to argue over it, so I just didn’t say anythingㅠ And the price is seriously insanely expensive... I booked another hospital, and it was about three times cheaper. The follow-up care period is a bit longer, but even so, I can’t accept a threefold differenceㅠ
