I didn't see the director, only the manager, so I'm not sure, but I can tell the director is good at what he does. The manager and staff were kind and explained things well. However, the price... it suddenly kept going up more than I expected, so I was surprised. The price varies depending on thigh inches.

Even if you make a reservation before the consultation, it seems like a 30 to 50 minute wait is standard. The consultation coordinator does explain things kindly, but you really need to keep your head straight and carefully check the prices
