The director consulted well. They explained in detail the case of doing only alar reduction versus including the bridge, and the consultation manager also guided me kindly. I wasn’t satisfied with the result, but they didn’t overcorrect or overdo the surgery. Since each person pursues a different shape, I wasn’t fully satisfied, but it was okay.
