A few years ago I went for a consultation about reducing the nostrils, but in my case I was told that instead of reducing the nostrils, I needed to raise the tip of the nose, and because my face was sagging I would also need a facelift. I was in my early 20s, and being recommended a facelift I had never even thought of made me give up on it right away.
