I went because the surgical review photos had nice lines. I had heard that the doctor wasn’t very kind, but when I went for my consultation, he was kind to me. I didn’t feel like the consultation time was too short, and he kindly answered all my questions. It was a revision consultation, and he told me the cause right away and also explained ways to improve it. However, maybe because it’s a newly opened clinic, the consultation manager felt a bit inexperienced? (a slightly awkward same-day booking push, etc.), but the surgery is done by the doctor anyway, so? It wasn’t a big problem.
