The moment I first walked in, I thought it was extremely clean. After waiting, I talked with the consultation manager, and then the director came in, marked out the line, and answered my questions about fat removal and canthoplasty and such. It was a bit mechanical and stiff, but I appreciated that they explained things well, so I liked that.
