I’m writing only what I remember based on my consultation experience from last year. The manager was friendly and approachable, but in the end they recommended everything and anything. They lacked professionalism and tried to persuade me by saying that they, their mother, and their friends had all gone to that doctor. They kept clinging on and persuading me. They badmouthed the other clinics I had consulted. The director just kept poking my eyes with toothpicks out of nowhere without any detailed consultation and repeatedly tried to create the crease. The decisive moment was when I heard through a note at a cafe about someone who had surgery at this clinic, and from then on I completely let go of the idea. They said while drawing the crease on the operating table that the patient had opened their eyes and made a huge fuss about it.
