It goes consultation staff -> director -> consultation staff. After the staff roughly explained the surgery I wanted and what was needed, the director came in and, instead of talking right away, first adjusted the shape of my eyes. He made only the line, like, "How about this? How about this?" and when I asked whether a canthoplasty could be done on the upper side, he advised against it. He seemed extremely confident and looked like he was pursuing a natural result. After the director left, I talked with the staff again about discounts, and because the discount got bigger if I put down a deposit, I went ahead and paid one since refunds were possible. I'll still look around other places too, but I'm kind of considering this one.
