I went for a reoperation consultation because I wanted to change the double eyelid surgery I had when I was younger. It was just a surgery I had done casually in the neighborhood with a friend, and I remember only having the line pinched with a buried method.. My eye socket isn't especially big, so I don't know why I didn't do any canthoplasty. If possible, I wanted the front, back, and lower canthoplasty all done, but the doctor looked at it and said the back and lower parts don't have much space, and even if I did them, they wouldn't have much effect, which was very accurate. They said my eyes would look pretty if I only did the front canthoplasty and the double eyelid revision, and just made the line thin with natural adhesion. I liked that they only suggested the necessary procedures.
