I thought the wait would be long since there was just one doctor and they specialize in eyes, but compared to the number of people there, the wait wasn’t bad. What I liked most about the manager among the places I consulted was that it felt like they were fully focused on me, and they seemed to understand my eyes, my proportions, my overall vibe, and the direction I wanted. The doctor helped shape the line and asked what I wanted to do, then after hearing everything, explained what other surgery might be good to add and exactly why that would be the case, so it was very convincing. It felt less like super sweet kindness and more professional?
