First I consulted with the manager, and it felt a bit like they were just listening casually, and they were a little too pushy about the deposit;; But the director was so, so good!! They seemed very confident, showed me the line in the mirror several times, and explained everything carefully, which I really liked. They confidently said I’d definitely see a lot of improvement, which made them feel trustworthy.
