Since it is a one-doctor clinic, the hospital itself was not very large. Still, because it is an eye-specialist hospital, there were people waiting to come in for follow-up after surgery? and there were a few people in the waiting area. So I thought the wait would be long, but maybe because they spaced appointments out well or for some other reason, the wait was not long. When I was meeting the manager, a lot of my tension was relieved. They empathized with me well. The director was not the warm-and-fuzzy type, but it felt like a consultation from a real specialist. They looked at my eyes in great detail, adjusted the line several times, and told me the direction for improvement..? I’ll skip the detailed stuff.. but anyone who has had a consultation will know: they are cynical, but they explain everything they need to and they listen to every question.
