I had my first double-eyelid surgery there 5 years ago, when that doctor was still there. It was such a horrible experience that I didn't even want to write a review or look at it. But I found it again while reading reviews, so I'm writing now. Right before the surgery, I didn't like the line they drew, and while we were talking about it, they got irritated. I was really young then and had gone alone, so I was already stumbling over my words, and then I went into the operating room. The result was, of course, terrible: just a line drawn on my eyes, like a sausage. Then when I went for a consultation to get it undone, the manager half-threatened me, saying I should ask the doctor who did it to undo it, so I thought okay, maybe that's how it is, and paid the anesthesia fee and had surgery. A surgery they said would take 20 minutes took almost over 2 hours. It wasn't general anesthesia, so I could hear the doctor and nurses talking during the whole surgery. "Ah, Dr. Kim doesn't know the surgical method," "Ah, how did you do this?" + I was left lying on my back alone in the operating room for dozens of minutes. I came out looking completely beaten up. Looking back now, it was grounds for a lawsuit, but at the time I was so traumatized that I just wanted to escape and forget it quickly. The doctor may not remember, but I still find it disgusting, and the hospital is still popular and does a lot of promotion, so every time I go to Gangnam I end up frowning.
