I think the fact that they specialize in eye surgery and have only one director is a plus. What I felt during the consultation with the manager was that they seemed proud of the director? As most people probably do, it didn't feel like a forced 'our director is amazing!' pitch, but more like they maintained some objectivity by saying this part is like this and that part is like that. When I was consulting with the director, I was so nervous that I forgot the questions I had prepared and ended up stumbling, but they waited until I remembered what I wanted to ask and kept explaining different things, which I liked.
