I originally had no double eyelids, but lately as the fat in my eyelids has been getting thinner (?) the line has become vaguely visible like a wrinkle, so I'm going around for consultations to get double eyelid surgery and make it proper. Since I might as well do it, I asked whether I needed any canthoplasty or other additional surgery, and the director said just the double eyelid line alone would probably be enough. I was worried that because there isn't much fat in my eyelids, it might get too sunken or make me look mean, but he said it wasn't sunken that much, so it would be fine. He only says exactly what needs to be said, which was nice.
