It would be a lie to say I had no expectations, but it was better than I expected. What was appealing was that they mainly do eye surgery, and since it’s a private clinic, I thought the care would be good. The consultation with the manager was good, but the consultation with the director was much better... They looked at my eyes first -> asked how I wanted them to look -> had me close and open my eyes while checking the shape -> pinpointed the exact problems with my current eyes -> explained what would happen if I did it the way I said I wanted Eye consultations aren’t supposed to take that long anyway, but still, they didn’t miss anything and gave me a really good consultation.
