The consultation was detailed and kind, so I liked it. I went in scared, thinking they might pressure me into all sorts of unnecessary surgeries, but they didn't. For my eyes, they pointed things out directly and checked them in the mirror, and for my nose, they explained a lot of things, so I learned quite a bit
