Unlike other doctors at other clinics, I did get the feeling that they didn't understand the patient's needs very well. But when I explained what I wanted in detail, they did look at it carefully and adjust to that. The surgery itself seems to have gone really well. It hasn't even been a month yet, so I'm not completely happy, but it definitely lifted.
