I had nasal tip surgery using the septum, and it made my face look a lot sharper than the cute look I had before. My nose looks prettier overall, but it also feels a little pinched.. It’s really ambiguous. Depending on the angle it looks pretty, but from the front it weakens under bright light.. If possible, I’d like to loosen the cartilage tie a little.
