They explained my structural issues well, and even though I already had the concerns about why I needed surgery and why non-incisional surgery would be a problem, I liked that this was the first clinic that explained things in such detail. Everyone was kind. There was some waiting, but they had told me about that when I booked the appointment. The director explained everything in great detail. It seems like this clinic sees a lot of problematic eyes. It looks like they've really done a lot for people who cannot open their eyes properly. They told me that if I do it, it would be better to combine it with a forehead lift, and to think about it. They also said I could proceed later. They said my eyes are not bad even now, and I was surprised because they were so honest.
