They answered the questions I asked well and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. They looked over my eye condition carefully and also explained the procedure clearly, so I trusted them. They did not over-recommend anything and told me about the design and shape that would suit me, which I liked. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that I wanted to ask a few more questions, but they were busy and it ended quickly, which was a bit disappointing..
