I’ve never seen a hospital like this before. I had a one-hour consultation and the director explained almost everything.. I thought the director was the manager because they explained everything in such detail, and I liked that they told me why each extra thing was needed compared to other places, so it made sense. The price includes functional surgery too, but for me it was on the cheap side. If you want to claim functional insurance, you can’t do that here That’s disappointing. I liked it for all sorts of reasons, so I put down a deposit and came back.
