1. Counselor: Very professional. I liked the detail they gave about pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure aftercare. No other counselor I've met has told me these things before. They can handle functional nose procedures through insurance. Their detailed explanation of the price was also good. Since it's a new hospital, there are review events. 2. Director: They looked at the CT and explained in detail what needed correction and adjustment. They explained things in a way that someone who has never had surgery before could understand. I really appreciated how kind they were in checking whether there were problems elsewhere while looking at the CT, and they answered even unexpected questions kindly. Overall: This was the most satisfying place I visited, and I plan to have surgery here. If you want to get a surgical consultation, I recommend coming here. The consultation is detailed enough that they could even charge for it (it's free right now).
