I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery 8 years ago. At the time, I looked around at two other places, and the others all said I had a lot of eyelid fat so I would need an incision and eye correction, but this was the only place that said buried sutures alone would be enough, so I went ahead, and in the end it turned out very, very well. After that, when I asked the boyfriends I dated where they fell for me, they said it was my eyes... My double eyelids are still very firm and there isn't even a trace that I had surgery (though that may be because of my skin type; no marks, no scar tissue). Everyone thinks I was born with natural double eyelids and says my eyes are pretty. I'm very satisfied. However, two acquaintances also had incisional surgery here, and they had a long-lasting sausage-like look that stressed them out. It feels like this clinic is only good at buried sutures... If you're going to do it, do buried sutures only... And the director was extremely blunt.
