A long time ago, I impulsively had surgery after seeing a friend’s result. It seems like they do it according to the standard template rather than tailoring it to each person’s eyes. People around me were split 50/50 between saying my eyes looked better before double eyelid surgery and saying they looked better after. There was no real aftercare, so the swelling lasted a really long time, but it’s fine now.
