I had double eyelid surgery here about 8 years ago, and my friends around me and I, 4 people in total, got it done there. At the time, the doctor recommended full incision with eye correction for everyone, and did not recommend any other surgical methods. Even for eyes that could have been buried sutures and eyes that had enough room for canthoplasty, they still did full incision with eye correction. The line is clean and I was satisfied with the result, but I guess everything depends on the individual.
