The staff are unfriendly. Just from their eyes, it felt like they were looking people up and down? Honestly, it felt bad. Their tone of voice was... The director seemed to have a lot of pride in his own skills. He gave a long, detailed explanation. But there was a separate name for the eye surgery method, and he recommended the exact same thing to me and to my friend who went separately later, so I thought they were doing all the surgeries in a similar way.
