They say the nose isn't something you do at Gallery.. After getting consultations at three places and being told not to do surgery but just get filler or not do anything, I got it done at Gallery because they said they would do it there. But when I went back because the implant was crooked, they insisted that it wasn't crooked, that it would settle into place, and sent me away. Even years later, of course, it's still the same. The tip of the nose is completely in a straight line with the bridge, so there isn't really any shape to it. On one side the implant shows through, on the other side it doesn't But they still only said the surgery turned out well. And I seem to have a bit of nasal congestion too.. I wanted it removed, but they had no confidence, saying they couldn't guarantee the shape and it was risky, so I'm now looking into revision surgery elsewhere. Also, the front desk I saw was unfriendly.
