The consultation manager was a bit... I was visiting for the first time to look into things, but she made a snide remark like, 'It looks like you stopped by here because you had some time left in the middle, huh...' lol Putting the manager aside, the director came out and explained things, looked at my eyes for a moment, then just rattled off what he would do and asked, 'Do you have any questions?' For someone who has already visited several clinics, you can ask everything you want, but for a first-timer like me, I didn't even know what to ask. I wanted the director to explain the surgical method, possible problems, and effects in detail on his own, but since that didn't happen, I was disappointed with the explanation itself.
