After seeing a lot of patients who had epicanthoplasty, I thought their standard of beauty might be biased toward close-set eyes. My older sister, who came with me to the consultation, asked why I would even need epicanthoplasty and said absolutely not, but the doctor was firm.. Anyway, they said they would do it with some method that would not come undone with double buried sutures, and they looked very confident. They only set the line in a natural in-out shape. When I said I wanted an out-fold, they said absolutely not..
