Hmm.. They told me about some surgery method they developed themselves and said they would do it with that. It just felt like they recommend their own method to most people? But they explained the surgery method in detail with drawings. They said it absolutely wouldn't loosen or fall apart or whatever, but I've seen some reviews saying it did loosen..
